Surface Repair work place right after Cold Pressing, the raw plywood are hard enough to move, turn each side to check for errors.
The worker will check both sides of the board, remove the overlapp veneer parts of surface layer; patch dead eyes of wood, gaps > 3mm in width with glue-spead veneer.
Any defects that may affect the flatness, film adhesion, surface quality and texture of the board must be treated at this stage because after hot pressing the glue will solid permanently with no chance to fix.
At Nhat Minh CI factory, both surface layers are sewn with A+ grade peeling boards, so the surface repair work is quite quick and simple, the quality of the finished film faced plywood surface is very high.
