WARRANTY AND REFUND

Nhat Minh CI sets standards for the classification of goods, committing the quality of each grade to be clear, transparent and unchanged.

In specific economic contracts, customers choose the grade according to their needs. Film Faced Plywood Warranties are reconciled in accordance with this policy unless otherwise agreed by both parties as specified in the contract.

Quality Classification of Film Faced Plywood

Film Faced Plywood must be covered, stored in a dry place when not in use;

Boards when in use must be properly erected and dismantled.

Clean the surface of the board after each use

 

 

Grade A2 No delamination, no hollow There are small burn marks (<5% surface), there are some points film sloughing.

Reduced from 0-1 times compared to A1 board of the same thickness.
Grade A3 Có phồng, tách lớp nhỏ sâu bên trong tấm ván There are some quite burn marks (<20% surface), Small blistering in the face layer.

–   Origin board: 2-4 lần;

–   Cutting board: 2 lần;

Warranty Policy

Based on the warranty claim, the first compensation to be considered is the quality agreement stated in the contract between the buyer and Nhat Minh CI;

Based on warranty and compensation claims, the following are the announcements and commitments about the classification of Film Faced Plywood grade in this policy.

Customers can contact to send warranty and compensation claims to the email address and phone number published on this website.

Domestic customers

  • For Agents: The Company will resolve any Dealer’s complaints regarding quality problems within 30 days from the date of delivery or 7 days from the date the agent ships the goods to the consumer, whichever is the case whichever comes first. Any inquiries after this period will not be resolved;
  • Customers buy directly from: The Factory will deal with any customer complaints about quality problems within 7 days of delivery, any claims arising after this period will not be resolved. 
  • Complaint records:   Summary of the quantity of goods damaged or delivered with the wrong grade as agreed; Details of defects and photos and videos to demonstrate; Plan for compensation and return.
  • Compensation price bracket:
          • Goods grade A1 is found to be defective A2 or A2 is found to be defective A3: Nhat Minh CI will compensate 20,000 VND/pcs for all goods proven to be defective;
          • Goods grade A1 is found to be defective: Nhat Minh CI will exchange free of charge for customers or compensate 100% of the value of goods proven to be defective;

Foreign customers

  • Customers can submit a complaint about the quality and quantity of the goods within a maximum of 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods, any claim after this period will not be accepted;
  • Complaints for compensation: Details of defects and pictures, videos to prove; Summary table of the number of defective goods and request for compensation;
  • Compensation price bracket:
          • If the customer chooses the recommended level of packing, the Company will compensate for any loss caused by the packing error;
          • Goods A1 is found to be defective A2: Nhat Minh CI will compensate USD 01/pcs for all quantity of goods proven to be defective;
          • Goods A1 is found to be defective; Nhat Minh CI compensates 100% of the value of goods proven to be defective;
          • Compensation will be transferred back or agreed to reduce the price on the next order.
