1. Plywood
Plywood is a straight board product, consisting of many layers of core Veneer (Peeling board) glued at the same or horizontal edges together, the common thickness is 2.5; 5; 8; 9; 12;15;18 mm, common size is 1220×2440 mm.
The finished product is created by joining the core veneer with a binder (moisture-proof and water-resistant glue) under the most profiling gluing conditions (high temperature and pressure).
Plywood and relate products are widely used in construction, interior decoration, floorboards of wagons, ships, furniture, packaging, … and many different sectors of the global economy.
2. Film Faced Plywood
It is a kind of plywood, the surface of the product is covered with Film Paper (thin paper dipped in phenolic glue) and pressed under high temperature and pressure to create a product with anti-scracht surface, water resistance.
They have a standard size of 1220×2440 mm (50×100 inches) with a common thickness of 12-21 mm depending on the load-bearing requirements when in use.
