Assembling boards is the process of placing dry veneer and wet veneer (glue spread) in layers on a conveyor belt and cutting each board to a preliminary size of 1280×2450 and then transferring to cold pressing to shape the boards.
At Nhat Minh CI factory, the surface layers will be sewn into rolls by machine and placing automatically to ensure the board surface is tight and flat.
