Finishing the product is the last and most important of about 13 production stages of Film Faced Plywood.
Finishing work includes:
- Check to exclude bulging and split layers: Check by knocking with a wooden hammer;
- Check the quality of the surface: To detect the defects of film burn, film live, edge peeling;
- Check the thickness and uniformity of the board: Use a caliper to measure each sheet;
